Zen Garden Bed & Breakfast respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we look after it. It is written to be read.

What we collect

When you send a reservation request or email us, we receive the details you choose to give: your name, email address, phone number, the dates and room you're interested in, any dietary needs, and your message. We do not collect more than we need to answer you.

How we use it

We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, to arrange and manage your stay, and to keep in touch about a booking you've made. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.

Cookies & analytics

This website does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies. Our web fonts are served by Google Fonts, which may log standard request information (such as your IP address) as part of delivering the fonts; we receive no personal data from this.

How long we keep it

We keep reservation correspondence only as long as needed to serve you and to meet ordinary record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted.

Children

Ours is an adults-only house and this site is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Your choices

You may ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Simply write to us and we'll take care of it.
